Auditions to be a BTM Scholar are now officially open!

WHAT IS THE SCHOLARS PROGRAMME?

This is a training programme tailored for passionate and talented dancers aged 13 and above. The Scholars Programme aims to equip aspiring pre-professional dancers with the technical foundation, artistic development, and professional skills needed to pursue a career in ballet.

Aligned with BTM's mission to "create a viable and sustainable career pathway for local students aspiring to become professional dancers in Malaysia," BTM scholars will have the opportunity to participate in company productions and may be considered for full-time positions with the company.

SCHOLAR INFORMATION

This programme runs on an annual contract from January to December 2026, with part-time and full-time positions available.

Scholars are expected to commit to at least three training sessions per week.
